A selection of cultured yeasts and closely managed ferments achieve a soft yet complex, elegantly fruit driven Chenin Blanc, designed to complement today's eclectic cuisines. Following the crush, grapes are pressed and the juices are inoculated. In order to enhance the varietal aromas, Chimney Brush is vinified in controlled fermenters to retain vitality and freshness. The emphasis at all stages of handling is to preserve the natural qualities of Margaret River Chenin Blanc.
Bright, light straw hues. Clean, fresh aromas of green apple and pear, underlying hints of honeysuckle and toasty notes add complexity.
