The winemaking at Amberley is driven by a philosophy of sourcing the highest quality fruit to produce contemporary styles for modern tastes. Such a promise has ensured Amberley can capture and retain the refreshing qualities of the Moscato style. Harvests from choice vineyards which can best display the requisite ripe fuit and juicy grape characters are treated to a combination of modern and traditional vinification techniques, infusing the wine with a slight effervescence for vitality and textural charm. Ferments are arrested when the optimal balance is achieved, retaining natural fruit sugars and all the exciting ripe Moscato grape flavours. Alcohol 7.0%
Light straw in colour with green hues. Bouquet shows lifted, heady, floral tones of honeysuckle and fresh Muscat aromas. The palate is light with flavours of sweet honeydew melon and tropical fruits.
