The winemaking at Amberley is driven by a philosophy of sourcing the highest quality fruit to produce contemporary styles for modern tastes. Such a promise has ensured Amberley can capture and retain the refreshing qualities of the Moscato style. Harvests from choice vineyards which can best display the requisite ripe fuit and juicy grape characters are treated to a combination of modern and traditional vinification techniques, infusing the wine with a slight effervescence for vitality and textural charm.
