Welcome to Bladnoch Distillery, on the banks of River Bladnoch, established 1817, it is the southernmost Whiskyworks in the Lowlands, one of Scotland's eldest. A place of some historical import, with a timeless tradition of producing the finest Galloway Whisky, its ancient bluestone Mash House, Tun and Dramming rooms, remain an essential component in achieving the excellence of the Lowlands most enduring Malt. An exclusive Bladnoch edition, assembled from a small inventory of precious casks, Samsara is defined by its power, elegance and alluring perfume.
Copper golden hues. Concentrated nose of fruit compotes, vanilla, plums and orange blossom. A sweet wine opening to the palate, drying slightly before more plums and vanilla flavours, citrus and maltyness at the core, beautifully structured, lingering spice and grapewine notes on the fruit filled, sweet and savoury finish.
