Picked off rows of vine over thirty years of agae, whole berry fermented to retain character and expression, sent to a selection of seasoned oak barrels for a judicious term of age. A lighter Cabernet style, its bright cherry nose precedes a refined bramble palate, laden with fresh and vibrant berry flavours, perfect for delicate lamb recipes, a traditional rillettes of duck or artfully assembled, croûte et aspic terrine.
