Adam Marks is a chicken enthusiast. In his pursuit of the ultimate eating fowl, Marks traced a route throughout the barnyards, orchards and vineyards of La Belle France. He ultimately settled on the Harcourt Valley of greater Bendigo to establish his own agricultural concern in 2004. Heirloom Vineyards were born of love. A romance between an esteemed wine judge and his protege, consumated by a shared passion to preserve the integrity of venerable old vineyards. Deep amber brown hues. Wonderfully peaty and smoky. Sweet, clean peat and grass, vanilla and floral aromas. A smooth and oily, sweetly perfumud smokey palate, softly honeyed, becomes drier as the oak makes an appearance.
