Airline pilots make surprisingly good wine. Their appreciation of the sciences, a respect for the weather and a bird's eye view of the land, all invaluable to the winemaker's art. John Ellis would take every opportune weekend away from his regular New York Paris route, to pursue a passion for viticulture. Glenfiddich Project XX 700ml CONFIRM AVAILABILITY

Scotch Whisky
Project XX was so secret that the panel of peers didn’t even know they were participating. Given free reign of the Glenfiddich Conval Warehouse, each expert chose a Malt which most intrigued them, including stocks from Port pipes, American oak and pre loved Bourbon barrels. Project XX embodies the warm, timeless fruityness of Glenfiddich, apple blossom, summer fruits and pear. Candyfloss, cinnamon spice, almonds and rich port tannins with the odd whisper of liquorice, mellow and deep, the finish is ever lasting on a lingering note of sweet oakiness.
