Stephen George grew up amongst the grape vines, very near the hamlet of Reynella and the nascent Skillogalee in Valley Clare. The final word in luxury Sparkling by the House of Burge, a slightly larger percentage of Pinot Noir to Chardonnay, assembled from the superior sparkling wine vineyards at Pipers Brook. Grapes are all hand picked and sorted, chilled and whole bunch pressed, treated to the full Methode Traditionnelle and tiraged for optimal effervescence, before sending to cellar in own bottle for an extravagant eight years. A final addition of Liqueurs d'Expedition imparts even greater complexity and introduces the ultimate indulgence of toothsome, palate richness.
