Grant Burge PX Black Apera CONFIRM VINTAGE

Pedro Ximenez Barossa South Australia
The ultimate indulgence in the wickedly black, lusciously toothsome style of adults only Barossa fortified. It's all Pedro Ximenez, through and through, picked at the peak of sugar ripeness and spread out on slotted crates under the sun for a highly risque term of three weeks. The intensely parched grapes are like little treasure chests of extravagantly complex flavours, fermented to 17% alcohol, fortified with Grant Burge brandy and sent to a selection of small, well seasoned oak barrels for ten long years.
