A structured yet poised and sophisticated Shiraz endowed with flavour and complexity, the synergy between Heathcote and Shiraz. A dry and mild climate combines with ancient red soils to produce an effort of telling regionality. Five separate blocks are handled as fourteen individual parcels. A combination of destemmed grapes and whole bunches are vinified in a mix of open and closed fermenters.
