Processed to the traditional white wine method, without skins, at 16C. Fining is followed by cold stabilisation, filtration and an early bottling. Preferably to be enjoyed within two years after vintage to enjoy it's lively and enjoyable spritzy qualities. Alcohol 11.0%
Perfection in pink. Fresh and seductive with fine and intense bouquet, both fruity and dry, scents of currants and vanilla, cranberry and ginger. A splendiferous palate that's full of fresh berries, grape jelly, citrus and red licorice characters. A well balanced and tempting wine, brilliantly complemented by a soft and slightly fizzy finish. The first choice for aperitif, match Mateus with anything that's coloured pink.
