After founding Mornington's eminent Moorooduc Estate and decades crafting the most memorable vintages for Mornington's leading brands, Richard McIntyre established a tiny, single hectare vineyard, on a prominent, high elevation site at Arthur's Seat, with a view to producing limited yields of the most exquisite small batch wines. The techniques of choice are wild yeast ferments, minimal intervention and good French oak, with a nod to traditional Burgundian practices, which allow the wines to speak of provenance, express their specificity of clone and articulate their sense of place. There's not much Bellingham made but every bottle passes through the hands of a team member who has been involved with the vintage since pruning and budburst. An essential inclusion for small batch.. Established 1973, Woodlands of Wilyabrup were one of the first vineyards in Margaret River, planted with a view to emulating the great growths of Bordeaux. Recipients of the highly prestigious Jack Mann Memorial Medal and Wine Industry Lifetime Achievement Award for their tremendous vintages of all things Cabernet. Assembling the rich Medoc style blends are what Woodlands do best. Painstakingly crafted by hand, to challenge the primacy of the illustrious Chateaux de la rive gauche, very few vineyards yield the quality of fruit that merits vintaging into a statuesque wine dominated by the prettily fragrant Cabernet Franc. Woodlands were established from the ground up with a view to achieving limited harvests of the abstruse Bordeaux varietals, only a few hundred cases of good red wine.. Nautilus Paper Sauvignon Blanc CONFIRM VINTAGE

Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough New Zealand
A superior, single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, fermented in the traditional old world way, on pressings at warmer temperatures in a large, well seasoned oak cuve. Gentler and rounder in styling, textural and refined, its mineral rich palate is filled with the maritime complexities of paper thin shelled sea creatures which lie amongst the auspicious soils. Redolent of lemon peels, tradewinds and hazelnut, mango and pith, unravelling delicate layers of nuance and complexity as it moves towards a gently drying, resonating, lingering finish.
