Bunches are destemmed and treated to an overnight soak before a course of well chilled ferments on gross solids. A stretch of rest on fine sedimentery lees tightens the palate and softens the tangy white grape tannins. The adorable auras of rose petal, pot pourri and fragrant caravan spice, juicily ripe quinces, orange fruit gums and a beam of sunshine. It's the topical tryst of Traminer that's full of flesh and bedecked with oodles of more moreish Turkish delights.
