Vinified from fruit grown to some of Tyrrell's finest vineyards and crafted with all the dedicated care that the team apply to their illustrious flagships. The Tyrrell team take on the task of Cabernet Sauvignon very seriously indeed. Parcels of fruit are treated to a course of skin contact, followed by a course of traditional ferments and secondary macerations for maximum flavour extraction and perfect balance.
