    Museum Release edition, Chardonnay vintages 2011, 2012 and 2013, Cabernet Sauvignon 2008, 2009 and 2010. Candidate parcels are harvested to a timetable determined by physiological ripeness. Each compononet is vinified in a selection of French oak barriques (Latour, Dargaud & Jaegle, Seguin Moreau and Cadus) or traditional fermenters with regular, treated to a regimen of lees stirring battonage, gentle pumpovers and plunging. Fermentation temperatures are strictly controlled, before being pressed or held on skins for additional texture and development. Voyager spends a judicious term in the luxury of the finest French oak, half of which is completely new.
