One of the main Premiers Crus on the left bank of River Serein, the clay limestone Climats of Beauroy extend beyond Chablis and reappear in several surrounding precincts. William Fevre retain a single hectare of the thirty seven at Beauroy, albeit from the superior sub appellation of Les Tro√ęsmes, one of the first terroirs to have been classified as Premiers Crus. The Chablis of Les Tro√ęsmes demonstrate a conspicuous measure of finesse and are renowned for their capacity to evolve gracefully.
