Without any formal qualifications in viticulture, Yelland Papps began making wine for family and friends, they soon realised that their passion lay in the wonderful old vines of Barossa Valley. They also realized they held a passion for the future stars of the Barossa, varieties such as the pastoral Carignan, the proof is in a glass of Yelland & Papps Vin de Soif. Old vines Mouverdre and Grenache with the exciting addition of Carignan, very much new Barossa in an old world way.
