Three separate clones from four vineyard blocks in the valley surrounding the winery add to the complexity in flavour and contribute palate structure. An exquisite Riesling bearing the articulate expression of Canberra fruit, its tangy lemon and lime characters will handsomely complement creamy pasta sauces, fragrant chicken recipes and the freshest seafood.
