True Vodka enthusiasts will find immediate appeal in Beluga's rich aroma, refined palate and impeccably balanced aftertaste. Beluga is distilled in an environmentally pristine corner of Siberia, 300 km from the nearest settlement. Crysal clear artesian waters are treated to a unique double filtration through silver and quartz sands, achieving exceptional purity and a limpid Malt character. The elegant bottle, designed by the same artisans who blow glass for ancient vintages of Cognac, is adorned by a gracefully detailed fish, a symbol of the purity of Vodka within.
Beluga is made to ancient fine spirit making techniques, a must of fresh Malts is brewed through a course of naturally occuring ferments. Infusions of honey, oat extracts and medicinal herb are followed by a painstaking filtration through a ten metre column of birch charcoal, quartz sands and silver sieving, where the spirit slowly evolves into the most refined Vodka. A regimen of monthly rest periods between the stages of production allows Beluga to relax and recompose before passing to the next phase. Upon completion, Beluga is indulged to a further term of repose and maturation whereupon the elements of the Vodka coalesce and achieve remarkable aromaticness and palate structure.
