A selection of well seasoned American oak casks which have held vintages of maturing Sherry, infuse amzing richness and complexity into a Single Tasmanian Malt of extraordinary elegance and refinement.
Autumn amber hues. Rich maple aromas complimented by hints of hazelnut, citrus and figs, almond and spice. Thre palate builds, well balanced dry oak notes, orange toffeeness, sherry and dried fruit flavours, coffe and nuts on the long, lingering finish.
