The very best European winemaking techniques and philosophies have been applied in the vinification and it shows in the glass.
T'Gallant are heavily influenced by European winemaking techniques and by ancient winemaking styles, but the true focus is on creating heartbreakingly beautiful wine and food utopia. T'Gallant's diverse range of premium wines and imaginative packaging to match, are inspired by the cool, maritime climates of Mornington which ripen grapes to beautiful, intense flavours. Sauvignon and Chenin Blanc grapes are picked at the optimum level to capture ripe fruit flavour and crisp acidity, the wine went through a controlled cool ferment to retain its fresh fruit characters. T'Gallant was cold settled and bottled immediately after blending, completely unwooded without any oak influence. Alcohol 12.5%
A vibrant pale straw in the glass. Fresh nose of apples and pear, with riper tropical pineapple notes making an appearance. The palate remains tight and walks the fine line of retaining racy, zippy acidity while still delivering ripe fruit flavour. The mix of fruit may be esoteric, but the style is authentic, expressive and passionate. Great food and wine coming together to create amazing textures and experiences is the aim.
