There's nothing like a chilled Moscato to create the perfect mood at any time of year. It's the refresher of choice on a hot summer's day, perfect with prawns and splendid with salads. In winter, the juicy fruit flavours will warm the soul throughout all those long evenings indoor. The McWilliam's team have been growing Moscato for many years and now retain access to the finest harvests, curiously the only wine varietal that actually tastes of grape. Barefoot dances across the palate, a frolic of sweet feet with lush peach and citrus flavours before a crisp, fruit filled finish.
The team at Barefoot love everything about making Moscato, especially when it comes to tasting fruit off the vine and sampling their finished work. Fruit is harvested throughout the cool of night as grapes reach their optimal ripeness and promptly delivered to the McWilliam wineworks. Grapes are crushed into drainers where the premium free-run juices are separated from skins. A gentle vinification ensures all the essential varietal characters are retained. Barefoot is bottled immediately to capture all the exciting Moscato fruit flavours and aromas. Alcohol 9.0%
