Dense black centre with a dark red/garnet rim. An exciting melange of mixed spice, wild violets, hints of mint and black currants. Aromas of cassis and pepper, mint ice cream and beautifully integrated French oak. A very stylish Cabernet blend with a touch of wild raspberry from the Merlot and mellow shiraz complexity. The richness and depth of the fruit slips into the sly and seamless oak integration.
