Crystal clear. Lifted aromatics of pine needles and lemon curd, vanilla notes rein in the fragrant spice. Intense, juicy and sweet palate, very very clean. Finger limes highlight the Asian spice, coriander and star anise, complemented by the addition of fresh ginger.
