By those wonderful folks who bring us Shaw & Smith. Tolpuddle was planted to vine in 1988, on a highly precious site along Back Tea Tree Road, just outside of Hobart. The inaugural vintage claimed Tasmanian Vineyard of Year in 2006. The illustrious Messrs Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith acquired the property in 2011, with a view to elevating the excruciatingly limited release Tolpuddle to the status of a national Grand Cru. A singular experience in new world Pinot Noir, Tolpuddle unravels endless layers of pastoral complexity, powerfully structured yet elegant, immaculate and poised... There are but two winemakers who can lay claim to a staggering four Jimmy Watson Trophy victories. Wolf Blass was the man behind the label. John Glaetzer was the man behind Wolf Blass. While working for Wolf, Glaetzer was moonlighting on his own brand, applying the same extravagance of technique to the pick of Langhorne Creek fruit. Perfection in the form of black bramble fruit, muscular yet affable tannins, all framed by the luxury of ebony oak. Aspirants of the great Black Blass Label fables of 1974, 1975 and 1976, are privately advised to avail themselves of John's Blend, Cabernet or Shiraz. Crafted from the same parcels, in the same way, by the same hands, that collaborated to create, the most celebrated triumphs in the history of our nation's highest accolade, thrice winners of the exalted Jimmy Watson Memorial.. Timeless mystique of langhorne creek»

Edradour Fairy Flag 15 Years Malt 700ml CONFIRM AVAILABILITY

Scotch Whisky
Edradour is a unique, hand crafted single Highland Malt Whisky. A product of Scotland's smallest Distillery, Edradour is hand made today just as it was over 150 years ago, by just three staff who are devoted to the time honoured methods of crafting whisky. Only twelve casks of Whisky are produced each week, making Edradour Single Malt a rare pleasure for a fortunate few. If you manage to find it, you will be one of the few people lucky enough to experience its charm, golden in the glass, smooth and creamy with a nutty, honeyed finish.
Edradour were established near the beautiful village of Pitlochry at Perthshire as Glenforres in 1825, renamed as Glenforres Glenlivet after being acquired by William Whiteley in the 1920s for the purpose of producing a Malt for their King's Ransom blend. The equipment used at Edradour has remained unchanged since the day the Distillery opened, only just capable of producing commercial quantities. Edradour is the smallest Distillery in Scotland, with the smallest stills. The site's manager and two Distillers oversee the scant production of five hundred gallons of wort per week, which yield a meagre 150 gallons of Spirit from four separate wash runs.
