Three British Army officers, in their capacity as agents of the East India Company, established one of Western Australia's first agricultural enterprises in 1836. Nàdurra is matured in Oloroso Sherry oak casks from Jerez. The Sherry soaked wood introduces the rich, sultry flavours of dried fruit and warm spice. Nàdurra Oloroso is bottled and released in small batches, non chill filtered and straight from the cask. Bright, vivacious gold liquid, notes of dried fruit and spice, creamy and smooth, chocolates and marmalade. A divine articulation of the synergy between Spanish oak and Speyside Malt.
