A blend of Hellyers Road Original Single Malt with a pinch of Peated Inverness Malt, aged in American Bourbon barrel oak, non chill filtered for excellence, an engaging new world style of Whisky with just a delicate hint of farmyard and the wild outdoors. A pinch of peat is subtly released in a lazy whiff of smokiness, zesty shavings of orange and lemon peel, milled pepper and ginger, a well rounded Whisky of untamed bucolic interest over tangy, citrus fruit flavours which linger delightfully on the finish, a smooth, nurturing glow on the aftertaste.
