Scotch Whisky
The darkest and most intense Whisky in the extra mature range, Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban has spent ten years maturing in American white oak casks, before transfer into select Ruby Port pipes from the Quintas of Portugal. The added term of age in these Port Pipes turns Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban into a voluptuous Spirit, endowed with a complex balance of sweet and dry flavours, layered with an intriguing contrast of smooth and crisp, cooling textures. Non chill filtered for additional aroma and mouthfeel.
Glenmorangie's unique and delicate taste makes it one of the most palatable of all Highland Single Malts, it culminates in a gentle dryness of cocoa and grapes, almonds and musk.
Deep tawny gold. Dark mint chocolate nose, tangerines and Seville orange mingles with sandalwood and walnut, pepper and nutmeg spice. Mint chocolate and walnuts envelop the palate like velvet, laying the foundations for rose petals, Turkish delight and sweet Seville oranges. Long lasting silky aftertaste leaving dark chocolate mints and traces of orange.
