Pale gold green hues. Lifted aromas of ruby grapefruit, lemon zest and white peach, notes of struck flint and smoky wild yeast. The palate is finely structured with layers of grape and stonefruit zest, its refreshing acid drive is complemented by a lingering, creamy lemon curd texture.
