Semillon Henty Victoria
The Thomson family share a long history with the agriculture of Victoria's western districts, winemaking has been a family tradition since the nineteenth century. The Thomsons have an eye for the land, in 1975 they settled on a splendid site in Victoria's Henty region and planted vines. In exceptional vintage years, if the quality of harvest merits a pure Semillon wine, the choicest parcels are set aside for an extravagant barrel ferment in French oak and extended term of contact on sedimentery lees.
