Katnook Shiraz displays exemplary varietal character, sound palate structure with a subtle richness, excellent colour and fine soft tannins. Fruit is picked at optimal ripeness, having developed excellent varietal definition, generous flavours and fine balance between natural sugars, acidity and tannins.
