The grapes were selected from premium growing regions throughout South Australia. The grape skins were gently handled to maximize the variety's pure flavours during the fermentation process. This approach ensures the wine is pure and naturally balanced with no harsh or bitter tannins. A portion of this wine was fermented in French oak to give it added complexity of flavour and structure before being blended and bottled. The result is a soft and mellow wine that is versatile and will complement numerous food styles and dishes. Approx alcohol 13.5%
