Made to the traditional Solera y Criaderas and aged in American oak under the cool, humid, salty maritime climes of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a seaside fishing town on the estuaries of Guadalquivir River. Bone dry and pleasingly light bodied in the satiatingly Manzanilla style, laced with sea breeze notes, chamomile and flor. Fresh and crisp, delicate and refreshing on a clean lingering aftertaste.
