Established 1908, Redman's Coonawarra are still made by the Redman brothers from fruit grown to the original family parcels. Adelaide Hills are a deeply spiritual part of Australian viticultural history. Originally associated with table reds and fortified wines, it is now renowned for the quality of briskly flavoured and appealingly stylish vintages of Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes are harvested throughout the cool of night and gently pressed to minimise skin contact, while retaining all the exciting aromaticness.
