A pale straw yellow colour. The nose is beautifully defined, it couldn't be anything other than Tasmanian. Aromas of white cherry, limefruits and lemon, ripe melons and citrus blossom. The palate is medium dry with sweet, ripe white peach flavours, cut melon and floral characters. Such a highly engaging wine with generous array of aromas and fruit flavours, immensely pleasant and universally popular, a great choice for dining and entertaining.
