Xavier Bizot can make wine anywhere he pleases, he is a Bollinger and grew up amongst the Vignobles Superieurs of Champagne. Bizot has chosen to make wine alongside Brian Croser's family, from grapes harvested off three magnificent sites, on two paradoxically varied terrains. Planted to the salubrious Terra rosa soils atop an invaluable archeological dig at Wrattonbully, rich with the undisturbed fossils of ancient Cenozoic sea animals, Crayeres Vineyard was established right across the road from Tapanappa's illustrious Whalebone. The weather here is astonishingly similar to Bordeaux and makes an awesome Cabernet Franc. Xavier Bizot and Lucy Croser are.. The twin tales of terre a terre»
Adam Marks is a chicken enthusiast. In his pursuit of the ultimate eating fowl, Marks traced a route throughout the barnyards, orchards and vineyards of La Belle France. He ultimately settled on the Harcourt Valley of greater Bendigo to establish his own agricultural concern in 2004. Succulent roasting chickens and ripe juicy apples soon gave way to a range of world class wines, which are defined by their regional eloquence, sublime excellence and bucolic grace. Halls Gap Vineyard was planted 1969, along the steep eastern slopes and parched rocky crags of Grampians Ranges, at the very beginning of a renaissance in Victorian viticulture. Since early establishment in the 1860s by the noble Houses of Seppelt and Bests, the region had earned the most elite peerage, a provenance of extraordinary red wines, bursting with bramble opulence and lined with limousin tannins. The Halls Gap property had long been respected as a venerable supplier to the nation's most illustrious brands. Seppelt and Penfolds called on harvests from Halls Gap for their finest vintages. Until 1996, when it was acquired by the late, great Trevor.. Land of the fallen giants»

Glenrothes is universally acclaimed by industry peers as an exceptional Speyside Malt. Only a small number of vintages have been released, such is the exceptional quality required. Each vintage is, by definition, rare and finite. Each has its own unique personality. Of the Vintages produced to date, many are no longer available. They've been sold, imbibed and greatly enjoyed. Vintage 1994 contains the character and complexity so distinctive of Glenrothes, with an added zestiness which may pleasantly surprise even the most regular of Glenrothe enthusiasts.
On 28th December 1879, the first pure spirit flowed from the stills at The Glenrothes distillery. The quality of this spirit quickly became prized inside information within the Whisky industry and highly sought after by Master Blenders. Here was an immaculate Speyside Malt Whisky, drawing its flavours from the prime barley of the region, the careful creation of the spirit and the resulting richness of both American and Spanish oak casks. Its flavour, structure and body created a top dressing of choice for Master Blenders across the length and breadth of Scotland. Which is why it is at the heart of some of the world's finest blends such as Cutty Sark, The Famous Grouse and other great Whisky blends
Pale golden colour, clear and bright. Fruity, toffee nose with an expression of marshmallow sweetness. An uplifting expression of The Glenrothes, exhibiting a soft and fruity, lemon citrus palate. The finish is long, soft and fruity. To whet the appetite and enhance the mood
