A pair of antique gin Stills were pressed into service and Highland Malt began to flow. Glenmorangie went on to flourish, to this day, one of the world's most distinguished Distilleries. The word Or means gold in both Gaelic and French for gold, a reference to the rich golden colour which evolves as Glenmorangie Nectar D'Or matures in a selection the finest French oak Sauternes wine casks.
