Yamazaki is made from the purest ingredients, distilled through the fine art of Japanese spirit making, in complete harmony with the nature environment. Yamazaki Malts are hand produced at Japan's oldest distillery, built by Suntory founder Shinjiro Torii in 1923, situated in the Vale of Yamazaki on the outskirts of Kyoto. Shinjiro Torii introduced whisky to the Japanese market in 1929.
