One of the great, enduring Lustau icons, crafted in the 17th century style of transatlantic journeys to distant Spanish colonies. After a term of age in the home Solera, the Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez butts are assembled for a second matuation in a Solera of 45 barrels at the SacristÃa de Bodegas Lustau, a special place of higher temperature and humidity which replicate the climatic conditions of long shipboard journeys. A satisfyingly complex palate of ripe fruits and cacao, coffee and mocha, raisins candied orange and salacious nutty finish.
