From the very heart of the greatest Burgundy vineyards, not far from the Route des Grands Crus which drives through the most precious real estate in all France. Parcels of old vine, over seventy years of age and planted to highly favourable clay limestone soils, closely managed to a regimen of rustic agricultural techniques and treated with nothing but fully organic preparations. The sanctity of soil and eloquence of terroir are preserved through a minimalist, old world style of winemaking and extended term in completely new, fine oak barriques.
