David Wynn introduced cardboard wine casks, flagons and the Airlesflo wine tap to the nation. He is best remembered for re packaging the Coonawarra estate which bears his name and which endures as one of Australia's icon brands. Wynn was a master of his craft and studied oenology at the world renowned Magill wineworks. An astute marketer and talented blender, he also had a keen eye for the land, investing in the ancient John Riddoch fruit colony and planting vines on a challenging site, high atop the lofty latitudes of Valley Eden. Mountadam Vineyards were built from the ground up, with a view to crafting a limited range of well structured, weighty wines, defined by fuller palates and saline, mineral savouryness. The legacy of Eden Valley vineyards planted by Wynn in the 1960s & 1970s, incorporating significant old rootstock and extinct European clones, remains a bespoke choice for adherents of the abstruse, old guard in Australian.. Scotch Whisky
The Aberlour Distillery is at the heart of Speyside, the country's premier Malt making region. No fewer than half of Scotland's most eminent Distilleries are located here. Pure spring water is drawn from River Lour. Ageing barrels of spirit breathe the moist Speyside air as they evolve in the Distillery stores. Aberlour defines the timeless and enduring Speyside style of Single Malt, extravagantly matured in a combination of Bourbon and Sherry casks for a minimum of twelve years, surely one of the most complex and engaging Highland Whiskies.

Deep amber gold. The dry, fresh, fruity aromas of early autumn apples and pears are subtly enhanced with sweet notes of vanilla and toffee mint. Exceptionally smooth and creamy, spicy sweet nutmeg and honey combining with the dewy freshness of autumn fruits. Long and soft, welcoming, vibrant and rewarding.
